  2. POW! Toolbox Trial License
  3. --------------------------

  5. The POW! Toolbox is copyrighted, commercial software 
  6. being distributed under the shareware (try before you buy) 
  7. marketing concept.  It is not free software, nor is it in 
  8. the public domain.
  9.  
  10. You are licensed to try POW! routines in your programs for 
  11. a period of 60 days (two months).  You may not distribute 
  12. programs that include POW! routines, either for pay or for 
  13. free, without first registering POW!.  If at the end of 60 
  14. days you decide not to register POW!, you should delete all 
  15. copies of the program, including all executable files that 
  16. contain POW! routines, and discontinue use.
  17.  
  18. Registered users of POW! will receive the following 
  19. benefits:

  21. * The latest version of POW! on floppy disk (specify 
  22.   format, or 3 1/2", 1.44MB HD will be sent).  This 
  23.   includes all files that came with the shareware 
  24.   version, as well as the source code (see below).
  25.  
  26. * Complete assembly language source code to POW! routines 
  27.   for ease of making modifications to the software.  This 
  28.   is a major benefit, and one that is not offered with many 
  29.   all assembly-language toolboxes.
  30.  
  31. * License to use POW! routines in programs intended for 
  32.   distribution and/or sale, without payment of further 
  33.   fees or royalties.  This is guaranteed in writing along 
  34.   with your registered copy.
  35.  
  36. * Prompt notification of and access to major updates to 
  37.   POW! for a negligible upgrade fee (currently $10.00 incl.
  38.   P&H, subject to future change).  Minor updates and bug 
  39.   fixes are always free with a postpaid disk mailer and 
  40.   floppy disk.
  41.  
  42. * More demonstration programs, with tips and techniques on 
  43.   using POW! routines.
  44.  
  45. * A collection of .VOC, .WAV and .CMF files for use with
  46.   POW! or for any other use you wish.
  47.  
  48. * Technical support by mail and via the PowerBASIC BBS and 
  49.   any other online services frequented by the author (see 
  50.   the Bibliography section for an online reference)
  51.  
  52. You may also receive other benefits in addition to those 
  53. stated above (which are guaranteed upon registration.  
  54. Note that this is not a warrantee of any kind, but a 
  55. guarantee of benefits upon payment of the registration fee.

  57. Commercial users of POW! must register and pay for their 
  58. copies of the program within 10 days of first use or their 
  59. license is withdrawn.  Site-license arrangements may be made 
  60. by contacting the author at the address given below.  Site-
  61. licensing contracts are negotiated on an individual basis.

  64. $29.95, plus $5.00 shipping and handling ($34.95 total), to:

  75. DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK, or with U.S. dollars in cash.  Foreign

  95. together and unaltered (additional files may be added).

  99. may be un-archived and re-archived using a different 
  100. archiving technique (suggested filenames are POW!.ZIP
  101. or POW!.ARJ), and posted freely on any kind of BBS
